Our Worship
Our intimate sanctuary with its beautiful stained glass windows offers a sacred space for reverent worship. Beauty is an important means for connecting with the transcendent, and our offerings of music and use of beautiful vestments, altar linens and vessels and flowers are some of the ways we glorify God.

Worship is central to our life together. Our worship is centered on the Holy Eucharist and is ordered according to the Book of Common Prayer. Gathered around the table, we come to know the radical hospitality and love of God for us. Forgiven and renewed, we can then go into the world and share the gifts we have received. All baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord’s Table.

Worship at St. Andrew’s is a sacred and joy-filled experience. We strive to offer worship services that are reverent, relevant, and welcoming. Children are welcome at all of our services, and are active participants at our 10:00 service, where they may serve as acolytes, oblation bearers, or lay readers, and assist the ushers and greeters.

Saturday: 5:00 pm, Rite II
Sunday: 8:00 am, Rite I & 10:00 am, Rite II with music
Church School and Adult Formation: 9:00 am from September through May
 

Directions
St. Andrew’s is located on Lake Street at Park Avenue, one block south of Center Street in “Old Grayslake”. From Rt. 120, go north on Lake Street. From Rt. 83, go south on Lake Street.
